Final Selection for The 12th CIETAC Cup International Commercial Arbitration Moot in DMU
Introduction:
CIETAC Cup International Commercial Arbitration Moot is an annual contest organized by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "CIETAC") for arbitration law profession in national law schools. In CIETAC Cup, simulation of the arbitration tribunals are composed by senior arbitrators from CIETAC and domestic and foreign well-known lawyers, while contestants play applicant and respondent role respectively. In the contest, the two sides make statements, defenses and debates according to the simulation case, and answer questions asked by arbitration tribunal. In order to adapt to international requirements, CIETAC Cup is a pure-English contest, which has a strict requirement for contestants.
In DMU, it is a big event to select contestants representing our university to compete in CIETAC Cup. Selection games have been on for nearly a month, and the final is just coming! How will the competitors perform during the final selection? Do not hesitate and just come!
