Jiang Yuechuan, male, borned in Baoying in Jiangsu Province. He graduated from navigation administration department of Dalian Shipping College and received his bachelor's degree in engineering in 1993. He graduated from the international law of Dalian Maritime University with a master's degree in law in 2000. Now he is an associate professor of Law School of Dalian Maritime University and deputy director of maritime law office of international maritime law research center in Dalian Maritime University.
Research areas:
The contract law of carriage of goods by sea, maritime law, ship and crew law, the shipping administrative law and maritime litigation and arbitration.
