主讲人简介About the speaker

邢菲，于 2020 年 3 月起担任大连海事大学法学院心海副教授，她自 2008 年起在联合国秘书处工作，在三个机构中任职人权事务干事和政治事务干事：人权理事会秘书处、安理会反恐委员会执行局、和政治事务部亚太司。邢菲老师曾参与联合国秘书长和副秘书长对会员国的高级别访问，熟知多边外交的规则和实践，以及国际法的若干问题在国际组织中的相关实践。

Ms. XING Fei, specializes in public international law and Associate Professor of the Law School of Dalian Maritime University since March 2020. She has been working in the United Nations Secretariat from 2008, as a human rights officer and political affairs officer in three offices and departments. Ms. Xing has first-hand experience in multilateral diplomacy and inter-governmental negotiations, and is familiar with several areas of international law practices in international organizations. While giving the talk in her personal capacity, she can provide a unique perspective from her past experience in international affairs.
