授课人简介

英国斯旺西大学法学院航运及贸易法系副主任、V+1项目负责人。Tabetha Kurtz-Shefford博士自2013年起于斯旺西大学任教，2009年获得律师资格。研究方向包括海商法、合同法、侵权法等。教授的课程包括面向本科生的合同法、侵权法课程以及面向研究生的涉及海商法各个领域内容的课程。

About the speaker：

Dr Tabetha Kurtz-Shefford，Deputy Director of Shipping & Trade LLM Programmes，V+1 Director HRC School of Law Swansea University

Dr Tabetha Kurtz-Shefford is a graduate of Bristol University and holds a Masters degree in Law from Bristol (2008), a LLM in Commercial and Maritime Law (2010) and PhD in Oil and Gas Law (2017) from Swansea University. She is LPC qualified (Oxford University and Oxford Brookes) (2009). Her interests extend broadly through maritime, contract and tort law and her teaching experience includes undergraduate teaching in contract and tort law and postgraduate teaching in various aspects of maritime law.
