主讲人简介

Jiufeng is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Western Australia (AU). He was previously a Senior Lecturer at the University of Greenwich (UK) and a Professional Teaching Fellow in Commercial Law at the University of Auckland (NZ) prior to that. As a candidate of the DMU and UOS 3+1+1 programme, Jiufeng graduated from Dalian Maritime University with a bachelor’s degree in international economic law and completed a LLM in Insurance Law at the University of Southampton (UK). He then further completed his PhD study at the University of Southampton. His current research focuses on Trans-Tasman Insurance Law and Trans-Tasman Dispute Resolution. Additionally, he is also an active researcher on teaching pedagogy. Jiufeng primarily teaches private law subjects.

常久丰博士，目前就职于西澳大利亚大学法学院。此前，他曾在格林威治大学和奥克兰大学担任教职。常久丰是海大校友，也是最早参加大连海事大学与南安普顿大学3+1+1项目的几批学生之一，他因此获得了大连海事大学的国际经济法本科学位和南安普顿大学的保险法硕士学位。之后，他继续在南安普顿大学完成了博士研究。常久丰博士的教学方向主要集中在普通法的私法领域。
