主讲人简介：

赵亮，英国南安普敦大学法学院副教授，博士生导师。赵亮博士的领域为海商法、保险法、合同法、国际私法和比较法。赵亮博士是英国高等教育学会会员，英国保险法协会会员，中国海事仲裁委员会仲裁员，伦敦海事仲裁员协会支持会员，中国海商法协会会员，广州国际航运司法研究会会员。赵亮博士在中外知名法学期刊发表中英文论文。赵博士英文著作包括《海上货物运输控制权研究》（专著，LAP Lambert Academic Publishing, 2013），《中国海商法和实践》（与李连君合著，Informa Law from Routledge, 2017）和《香港海商法和实践》（第三章，船舶金融，Sweet & Maxwell Hong Kong, 2019 第二版）。

About the speaker：

Dr Liang Zhao is an Associate Professor in Law at Southampton Law School, University of Southampton, UK. He is Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy, Member of British Insurance Law Association, Arbitrator of China Maritime Arbitration Commission, Supporting member of London Maritime Arbitrations Association, Member of China Maritime Law Association and Member of Guangzhou International Shipping Adjudication Research Centre. His interest areas include maritime law, insurance law, conflict of laws and comparative law. He has published academic papers in reputable periodicals in Chinese and English. He has written a book titled Right of Control in the Law of Carriage of Goods by Sea published by LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing in 2013, co-authored (with Lianjun Li) a book entitled Maritime Law and Practice in China published by Informa law from Routledge in 2017, and a chapter of “Ship Finance” in Maritime Law and Practice in Hong Kong published by Sweet & Maxwell Hong Kong in 2019 (2nd edition).
