Seokwoo LEE is Professor of International Law, Inha University Law School, Korea (2003-). He was Chairman of the Foundation for the Development of International Law in Asia (DILA) (2012-2017) and is Co-Chair of International Law Association (ILA) Study Group, Asian State Practice of Domestic Implementation of International Law (ASP-DIIL) (2018-2022). He was Vice President of the Korean Society of International Law (2019).

Won-Mog CHOI is director of the WTO Law Center and a professor of law at Ewha Law School and at Ewha Womans University.

Gyooho Lee is a professor of law at Chung-Ang University School of Law in Seoul. He is serving as the president of the International Cultural Property Association of Korea and of the Korean Association of Contents Property for Next Generation, and as the vice president of the Korea Association for Informedia Law, of the Korea Computer Game Law Association.

Seryon LEE is Professor of International Law at Jeonbuk National University School of Law, Korea. Professor Lee served as Director for International Affairs at the Korean Society of International Economic Law (2014-2021) and the Korean Society of International Law (2018 & 2022).

曹兴国，大连海事大学法学院教授，法学博士，博士生导师。2017年至2019年于中国政法大学从事博士后研究，2015年至2016年于美国杜兰大学海商法研究中心访学。2019年7月-2020年7月借调于交通运输部法制司，全程参与《海商法》的修改研究。

潘晓琳，北京大学法学院法学学士、国际法硕士，韩国延世大学国际研究生院国际关系博士，现任大连海事大学法学院副教授。主要研究方向为国际海洋法、国际人道法。
