新作一：Sasson on C.I.F. and F.O.B. Contracts（第七版）

该书是关于CIF和FOB合同的经典法学著作，前四版的作者均为David M. Sasson本人。自第五版（2012年）起，由Filippo Lorenzon教授担任主要作者，与Yvonne Baatz教授合作完成。

自该书第六版（2017年）面世后的三年时间里，不断涌现的地缘政治事件和快速变化的国际贸易市场供求关系对实体法的发展产生了诸多的影响。在这一背景下，该书第七版结合56个新案例和包括在油轮运输市场上使用的若干新标准格式合同和条款，考察了CIF和FOB合同在美/中/欧贸易战、英国退欧和《2020国际贸易术语解释通则》出台等事件影响下所面临的新问题和新变化，探讨了这些变化对国际贸易所产生的影响。该书第七版已于2020年5月31日由著名出版集团Sweet & Maxwell正式出版发行。

新作二：Maritime Law（第五版）暨新书推介研讨会

由Yvonne Baatz教授担任主编的Maritime Law（第五版）已于近日由“informa law from Routlegdge”出版集团出版发行，大连海事大学法学院Filippo Lorenzon教授负责该书第二章（“Shipbuilding, Sale, Finance and Registration”）、第三章（“International Trade and Shipping Documents”）和第五章（“Safety and Compliance”）的编写。
