“1+1” and “2+1” programmes mean an one-year full-time LLM program study abroad. A student from Dalian Maritime University who has successfully obtained the degree of LLB and who is enrolled on the LLM program at Dalian Maritime University can apply to LLM program. The student may be admitted to LLM program after one or more years' LLM study at Dalian Maritime University. On successful completion of study abroad and passing the dissertation of partner university, the student will be awarded aLLM of that university. The student is required toreturn to DMU and complete dissertation and complete dissertation and graduation defense so as to obtain the Graduation Diploma and Master Degree of DMU.

B.Scholarship
a) Swansea University will offer each DMU student participating in 1+1 programme 2,000 pounds financial aid. Without numerical limitation.
b) University of Exeter Law School willoffer each DMU student participating in 1+1 programme 30% scholarship. If the student aims to apply PhD, Exeter will provide scholarship as well.
Applicant qualifications: The student may be admitted to LLM program after one or more years' LLM study at Dalian Maritime University.
Language capability:
Swansea University Law School: Average score of undergraduate study not less than 75 points. IELTS score should reach or exceed 6.5 (with scores of each part not less than 6.0) or IBT score should reach or exceed 88 (with scores of each part not less than 19). Other language certificate with the same level should be also accepted. Student has successfully complete courses at DMU.
University of Exeter Law School: IELTS score should reach 7.0 (with scores of writing part not less than 6.0 and other parts not less than 5.5). Other language certificate with the same level should be also accepted. Student has successfully complete courses at DMU.
DMU Requirements: The student should returnto DMU to complete paper and thesis defense. The length of schooling extendedto 2.5 years or 3.5 years.
Application Time: March to April every year.
Submission Material: Application from, Letters of Recommendation, Transcripts, IELTS or IBT and etc.
