Female,professor,doctorof laws, doctoral tutor of International Law (Maritime Law),vice-dean of Law School of DMU. She is in charge of the key disciplines of international law of Liaoning Province and she is one of the core teacher of Chinese universities in Liaoning province. She is also one of the experts of Legal Expert Advisory Committeein the Ministry of Transport.

Research Field

Maritime law, civil and commercial law.The specific research area:the basic theory of maritime law, Lroperty Law of ships,Bill of Lading Act, Carriage of Passengers by Sea, Maritime tort law, the research of Waterway regulation, Logistics Law; Civil Law, property law, Foreign Civil and Commercial Law, Anglo-American Contract Law.

Social Affiliations

Council member of Chinese Society of International Economic Law, China Maritime Law Association, Law Institute of Liaoning Province,Law Institute of Maritime law in Liaoning Province, the Society of Civil Law Research and the vice president of International Law Institute.

She is the member of Liaoning provincial subject discussion groups, the expert accompanied with the Philosophy and Social Science "11th five-year plan" Project in Liaoning Province, the commissioner of Law Society Academic Council of Liaoning Province and the Shipbuilding Expert of Liaoning science and technology expert database. And she is also the Adjunct Professor of TJUT, the arbitrator of CMAC and Dalian municipal arbitration commission.
