Han Lixin, female, comes fromQinhuangdao, Hebei Province. She graduated from Dalian Shipping College, majoring in International Maritimein July 1989. After graduation, she stayed in school as a teacher. She obtained Dalian Maritime University master's degree and PhD in maritime law in 1998 and 2005. She isnow one of the professors in Law School of Dalian Maritime University and the doctoral supervisor, the director of the maritime law department, the director of the research center for international maritime law in key research based on the humanities and social science in LiaoningProvince, subject leader of maritime law and visiting scholar to maritime law research center of Tulane University from August to November in 2006.
