Introduction:

Zhao Wei, female, borned in May 1964, comes from Benxi, Liaoning province. She is the secretary of the Party committee in Law School of Dalian Maritime University, director of Dalian Maritime University public research center. She graduated from Heilongjiang University in 1986 and obtained master degree in law of Heilongjiang University in 2002 and obtained doctor degree in criminal law professional of Renmin University of China in 2005. From 2003.9 to 2003.12, she went to Russian Far Eastern National University to do academic communication as national education department public senior visiting scholar. She is master tutor and doctor supervisor in criminal law professional of Dalian Maritime University.

She is a part-time vice president of law societyof Liaoning Province, president of intellectual property seminar of Liaoning Province, director of China criminal law seminar, vice president of criminal law seminar of Liaoning Province, thecounsel of the 14th NPC internal and judicial committee in Dalian, director of the seminar of women's federation in Dalian, member of female professor branch of three top women association of the women's federation in Dalian, supervisor of the specific activities of of Dalian municipal people's procuratorate and the director of the expert advisory committee of Dalian Shahekou district people’s court, etc.
