Li Tiansheng, male, comes from Qianshan in Jiangxi Province. He is the bachelor of law in Nanchang University, master of economics in Nanchang University, doctor of law in Dalian Maritime University (the joint training PhD of Tulane University), postdoctor of law in Dalian Maritime University (the joint training postdoctor of the National Marine Environmental Monitoring Center). He has engaged in financial, legal, and other practical work for ten years in Guangzhou and other places, successively obtained lawyer qualification, qualification of securities investment analysis, qualifications of securities investment funds, qualifications of securities issuance and underwriting, qualification of securities trading, legal professional qualification, practicing qualification of enterprises legal adviser and futures qualifications. He obtained intermediate title of economist (financial) in 2004, associate professor title in 2010 and professor title in 2013. Now he is a professor and doctoral supervisor of maritime law in Law School of Dalian Maritime University.
