Honorary awards:

He won the excellent award of "Sinotrans" Cup of maritime law excellent paper award of China Maritime Law Association in December 2003.The project about “Modification of Maritime Law of the People's Republic of China” won the third prize of Science and Technology Progress in Liaoning Province in 2004, "Monographic Study on Maritime Law" won the first prize among works in the 11th Social Science with Excellent Academic Achievements in Dalian in 2005.

He has published more than 20 papers in “The Contemporary Law ", "Annual of China Maritime Law", "Annual of Chinese Maritime Trial" and international and domestic conference from 2001 to 2007;

He was the chief editor of "The Paraphrase of Regulations on International Shipping”, the main author of the works “Draft Provisions, Reference Legislative Cases, Illustration for the Amendments of ‘The Maritime Law of the People's Republic of China’” and "Monographic Study on Maritime Law" and so on;
