Jin Wanhong, male, graduated from YanbianUniversity, majored in economic law, and has worked on justice business for years in Heilongjiang province. He went to study in South Korea in March,1997 and graduated from Ocean University of Korea majoring in maritime law with a master degree in February, 1999 and a doctor degree in August,2001. He is now a vice professor in law school of Dalian Maritime University and a tutor of masters.
