Huang Fen, female, borned in 1979. July 2001, graduated from Wuhan University Law School Law with her bachelor’s degree. She graduated from Wuhan University Law School specializing in civil and commercial law, to obtain a master's degreein July 2004andgraduated from Wuhan University Law School specializing in civil and commercial law, PhDin July 2007. She is now an associate professor in the basis of the Department of Law School of Dalian Maritime University.
