GuHao, borneded in march 1972. He attended Dalian Shipping College (now “Dalian Maritime University”)from 1989-1993, majored in International Maritime Law(now “maritime law”)in the department of transportation management and then got the degree of Bachelor in engineering. From 1993 to 1996, he attended the graduated school of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, majoring in International Trade and got a master’s degree in economics. From 1996 to 1997, after graduated, he worked in China Classification Society headquarters in Beijing IACS room (the "International Association of classification societies office"), served as the deputy leader of legal affairs division, responsible for the analysis, assessments and process of the relevant documents and legal issues of the International Maritime Committee (CMI) classification society problem working group(CSJWG). During that time, he attended the London conference between the International Association of Classification Societies. In 1998, he was rated as a lecturer and came back to work in the department of law of Dalian Maritime University. From 2002 to 2003, he got a exchange scholarship from national study abroad fund management committee to the Belgian government, he went to the university of Ghent in Belgium as a visiting scholar and got his master's degree in law in the European Union with a good grade. In 2006, he got his doctorate in international law (maritime law) in Dalian Maritime University. He was rated as associate professor in 2003. Currently, he was engaged in undergraduate and graduate teaching and scientific research of international trade law, international finance law, economics law, maritime law and other courses, worked as the master tutor of international economic law and maritime law, and part-time lawyer in Dalian Fada law firm.
