Resume:GaoXiaolu (1968- ), female, graduated from foreign languages school of Zhengzhou University in July 1991, obtaining bachelor of arts degree. She studied in law schoolof Wuhan University from July 2004 to July 2008, obtaining master and doctor degree in law. She is an associate professor in Law School of Dalian Maritime University and mainly engages in teaching and research work of environment and sources law.
